Club Overview   

The Kiwanis Club of Cahokia Area was chartered in January 1994.
    Local Kiwanis service projects in the past years include donations to Scholarships for Cahokia High School graduates, Red Ribbon Campaign for CUSD #187, Salvation Army, United Way, Cahokia & Centreville Public Library Districts, Cahokia Music Programs, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and various other local organizations and projects.
    The majority of funds to support the service projects are raised through the following annual projects: Kiwanis Golf Tournament, Kiwanis Peanut Days, and the CUSD #187 -- Kiwanis -- Rotary Annual Pancake Breakfast (which is always held on the 1st Saturday in May).

Cahokia Key Club

Kiwanis Club of Cahokia Area are the proud sponsors of the Cahokia Key Club.  The Key Club has done many service projects this year; including Playground Face-Lifts, Salvation Army bell ringing, several Local Trash Pick-up days, Girls Night In, Game Days, Sponsors a Builders Clubs, Trunk-r-Treat, many Family Nights at Elementary Schools, and Annual Pancake Breakfast.  12 members will be attending the District Convention in Bloomingdale, IL April 8-10.
